On September 17 Bulgarian Organization of Voluntary Blood Donation again took part in the morning show of TV7. The drastic shortage of blood in Sofia and in all of Bulgaria, the emergency blood donation stations and the changes needed were discussed.

Why did this all happen and is donating in front of the cameras just a cheap PR?
